HomeGrownPlus was founded by celebrated educator Neil Pinder FRIBA to improve diversity within architecture and the creative industries.
Through creating innovative opportunities for students from non-traditional backgrounds, the organisation opens doors and establishes a network which supports a broader spectrum of young people to find their path in shaping and enhancing the cultural equity of cities.
Julia and Neil met as fellow judges in Victoria Thornton's Inspiring Future Generations Awards.
Since then Julia has supported Neil and Dennis Austin as a critical friend to develop a messaging and communications strategy for HomeGrown Plus aimed at developing recognition and driving growth.
